Fitness Pilates: Strong Core. Better Movement. Feel Good.

You don’t have to be a Pilates expert to love Pilates.

And you definitely don’t need to be able to touch your toes, balance perfectly or know your “hundred” from your “hundred-and-one”!

Fitness Pilates is a fantastic way to strengthen your whole body, improve your core strength and develop better movement — all while working at a level that’s right for you.

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates combines the principles of Pilates with a more dynamic, fitness-focused approach.

You’ll work on:

  • Core strength

  • Stability

  • Mobility

  • Posture

  • Balance

  • Strength

  • Control

  • Full-body conditioning

It’s controlled and purposeful, but don’t be fooled into thinking that means easy!

You’ll feel muscles working that you probably forgot you had.

Why is core strength important?

Your core isn’t just your stomach muscles.

It’s the muscles around your trunk and pelvis that help support and stabilise your body as you move.

A strong, well-functioning core can help you move more efficiently and confidently, whether you’re exercising, walking, lifting, gardening or simply getting on with everyday life.

And that’s the thing I love about Pilates.

It’s not just about what happens on the mat.

It’s about helping you move better off the mat too.

Is Fitness Pilates suitable for beginners?

Absolutely.

One of the things I really want people to understand is that you don’t need to have done Pilates before.

I’ll give you options throughout the class, including ways to make exercises easier or more challenging.

So if you’re a complete beginner, you have somewhere to start.

And if you’ve been doing Pilates for years, you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself.

There’s no “perfect” level.

There’s just your level today.

It’s more than just stretching

Sometimes people hear “Pilates” and imagine a gentle stretching session.

Fitness Pilates can certainly improve mobility and flexibility, but it’s also about strength, control and stability.

You’ll work your whole body and you’ll be encouraged to move with intention rather than simply rushing through repetitions.

The result?

A workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected to your body and hopefully a little bit taller!

Come exactly as you are

Perhaps you’ve never tried Pilates.

Perhaps you’ve tried it before and didn’t think it was for you.

Perhaps you’re returning to exercise.

Or perhaps you’ve been doing Pilates for years and you’re ready for something a little more dynamic.

Wherever you’re starting from, there’s a place for you.

I’ll give you the guidance.

I’ll give you the options.

You just need to turn up.

Come and discover Fitness Pilates with Energie4Life.

Strong body. Strong core. Better movement. Feel good.
